Beldon Fund, NY:



Designed as a LEED Accredited facility integrating sustainable recyclable materials and energy efficient mechanical/electrical systems, the Beldon Fund project scope included administrative offices, conference rooms, computer facilities and storage.

The project required B.R. Fries to integrate re-cycled sheetrock; silica-free taping compounds and concrete; motion and light sensors to control all key lighting; low or no “volatile organic compound” (VOC) paints, glues and caulking; and millwork, plywood and veneers manufactured with non-volatile adhesives.
