First time interior renovation of an existing warehouse building for use as a delivery station with new office build out. The scope of work included lighting, partitions, HVAC, fire sprinkler modification, new restrooms, heating and ventilation and finishes. Exterior renovation of existing facade and structural modifications to existing building was also performed.
