NYU Langone Medical Center Main Hospital Kitchen
Our work on this critical hospital kitchen included all facilities and equipment for receiving, storage, preparation, refrigeration, cooking, serving, washing and maintenance. B.R. Fries also constructed the Chefs’ and Adminstrative offices for organizing patient nutritional programs, feeding schedules, etc. We installed all new foodservice utilities including gas, steam, ventilation, exhaust, plumbing, and electric. We worked closely with the Project Architect, NYU Langone Medical Center Facilities as well as the New York City Building and Health Departments.
