B.R. Fries completed this $7,000,000 phased renovation of the existing store at Roosevelt Field with minimal disruption to daily business operations. The project consisted of integrating new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, drywall partitions, high-end perimeter fixture millwork, marble floors, and highend fixtures for restrooms.

At Kings Plaza, B.R. Fries also completed the complex $35 Million phased gut rehab and retail fit-outof multiple floors, which included upgrading the base building mall exterior, all while the building remained occupied during construction. This project includes high-end millwork and fixtures, new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, marble floors and incandescent lighting. The project consisted of eight phases, each completed via an 8-week fast track schedule.

B.R. Fries also worked with Macy’s on five other projects ranging from small alterations to major renovatons at Roosevelt Field, the Smithhaven Mall, Garden City and Kings Plaza.
