B.R. Fries Construction completed the demolition and full renovation of the 6th floor Orthopedic Dry Clinical Research facility at NYU Langone Health, delivering a modernized, high-performance space to support advanced orthopedic research and clinical collaboration.

Spanning 6,000 square feet, the project included the replacement of ceilings, flooring, and all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
