Amazon Distribution Facility

B.R. Fries managed the interior buildout and extensive sitework for Amazon’s new 420,000-square-foot distribution facility in Staten Island, NY. The project included major parking lot modifications and updates to the existing Fabcon concrete panel exterior shell, rising 40 feet high.

The scope of work encompassed a full interior installation to support Amazon’s high-performance logistics operations, including structural modifications, mechanical and electrical upgrades, and the development of new vehicle parking and circulation areas.
