NYU Langone Medical Center Main Hospital Kitchen

Our work on this critical hospital kitchen included furnishing, fabricating and installing all facilities and equipment for receiving, storage, preparation, refrigeration, cooking, serving, washing and maintenance. B.R. Fries also constructed the Chefs’ and Administrative offices for organizing patient nutritional programs, feeding schedules, etc. We installed all new foodservice including gas, steam, ventilation, exhaust, plumbing, and electric systems. We worked closely with the Project Architect, NYU Langone Medical Center Facilities as well as the New York City Building and Health Departments.
