B.R. Fries successfully completed a comprehensive interior installation for Target within an existing multitenant retail complex—one of the largest and most complex Target projects to date.

This ambitious three-level buildout required the installation of new escalators, cart conveyors, and both passenger and freight elevators. To accommodate the vertical transportation systems, the project involved the removal and structural reconfiguration of the building’s second and third floors—a significant engineering and construction achievement led by the B.R. Fries team.

Mechanical scope included the installation of 72 water-source heat pumps and a rooftop tower unit equipped with boilers and circulating pumps, ensuring optimal building performance and energy efficiency.

On the first floor, B.R. Fries constructed a full-service CVS Pharmacy featuring an expanded beauty and skincare section, along with a Starbucks café complete with a welcoming seating area for shoppers to relax and recharge.
