Petsmart Construction Project

B.R. Fries constructed this 30,000 square foot PetSmart project that is part of the West Retail Building that B.R. Fries also built. The interior fit-out involved the installation of MEP systems, lighting, fixtures, finishes, millwork and flooring for the store which includes a “pet hotel,” veterinary and grooming services, and sales area.

B.R. Fries also constructed and renovated a few other Petsmarts in other locations: Farmingdale, NY; East River Plaza, East Harlem, NYC; and Noho, NYC.
