B.R. Fries completed the construction of a new 28,000-square-foot Target urban small-format store located within an existing office tower in the heart of the bustling Long Island City corridor.

This project required precise coordination to transform the high-traffic commercial space into a fully branded Target retail environment. The fit-out featured Target’s signature contemporary design elements, including exposed concrete ceilings and polished concrete floors, reflecting the company’s modern urban aesthetic.
