New York Presbyterian Payson Pavilion Cath Lab 4 Renovation

B.R. Fries renovated and modernized Cath Lab 4 and its associated support areas at NewYork-Presbyterian’s Payson Pavilion. Working in close partnership with the client and Flad Architects, our team delivered full construction oversight—coordinating, supervising, and sequencing all related trades to support a smooth, controlled renovation in a highly technical clinical environment.

The project was completed over a 40-week schedule and included comprehensive field management to ensure quality execution across architectural and MEP scopes, while meeting the demands of specialized cath lab infrastructure. In addition, B.R. Fries provided hands-on support for the installation and integration of owner-furnished equipment, coordinating closely with vendor teams including Philips, Rampart, Baxter, and Skytron to help align construction readiness with equipment requirements and commissioning activities.
