On one and a half floors in the Starrett Lehigh building on West 26th Street, this office build-out that has a high-tech industrial look with exposed ceilings was completed via a fast-track schedule comprising 20 phases. The project includes private offices at the center of the space surrounded by open-plan perimeter offices, a board room along with ten conference rooms, a data center, fashion labs and library and cafeteria. A new mechanical/electrical & plumbing system was installed as well as an access stairway between the fifth and sixth floors. In addi-tion, the entire office exterior perimeter was encased with aluminum sliding windows to make existing landmark windows accessible.
