B.R. Fries executed the interior buildout and comprehensive sitework for Amazon’s 420,000 SF distribution facility in Staten Island, NY, including modifications to the 40-foot-high Fabcon precast concrete panel shell and extensive parking lot reconfiguration.

Project scope encompassed full interior fit-out for high-volume logistics, with structural reinforcements, mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) system upgrades, and new vehicle circulation infrastructure to enable efficient operations.
